The site collects personal data only through the survey request form. No data is collected without your knowledge by simply browsing the pages.

This data is used solely to process your request, reply to you and, where applicable, open the corresponding assignment file. It is not used for marketing and is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Requests are sent only to the firm’s managers and surveyors responsible for answering them, and to the technical email delivery provider, which acts on instruction and does not exploit the content.

Requests that lead to no assignment are kept for twelve months. Requests that result in an assignment are kept for the statutory retention period applicable to survey files.

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Audience measurement, where enabled, is carried out without cookies and without individual identifiers, so no consent banner is required.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of data concerning you. Send your request to contact@cameroonmarinesurveyandconsulting.com; you will receive a reply within one month.

The firm applies Cameroonian electronic communications law and, for individuals located in the European Union, the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation.
