About
Our method
A survey is only worth what it can be relied upon for. Our method is built for that.
Our principles
- Independence
- We carry out no transport, handling or trading activity. Every appointment is checked for conflicts of interest before acceptance.
- Joint survey
- Findings are established in the presence of the parties concerned, recorded and dated. That is what makes the report enforceable.
- Traceability
- Dated and captioned photographic record, supporting documents annexed, documented chain of custody for samples.
- Transparency
- Our strategies and our steps are explicit. We make a point of complying with the legal framework of our sector.
- Promptness
- Appointment accepted within two working hours, attendance arranged immediately after, claims duty line 7 days a week.
